I liked the flexibility; I set my own hours and occasionally worked from home, which made life a lot easier than it could have been some weeks. I enjoyed the autonomy my superiors allowed me, and I liked that they trusted me to run a usability test by myself from start to finish.
What I wish was different
My job was a little monotonous, and I would have appreciated more variation from day to day. Also, I only ever met one of my direct coworkers in person.
