What I liked

RagingWire is intelligent and strategic in creating a healthy place to work. It was a joy to see theoretical, good business practices materialize in front of me. The RagingWire employees immediately welcomed me warmly, and treated me really well. They set me up for success by training me well, and then validating the good work I did. They were also patient with me when I did things incorrectly. Further, RagingWire treats employees well with company events, and competitive compensation and benefits.

What I wish was different

I wish there were windows in the office space, but that's just the building design.

Advice

The employees are friendly, but they are also focused on accomplishing their work (as they should). Thus, be short and sweet in your visiting so everyone can finish what they need to. Don't be afraid to ask questions! The employees are happy to help.
