Everyone was super kind and understanding. If you didn't know how to do something, you always had so many people willing to help. If you ever feel uncomfortable in a position for any reason, the managers are always super understanding and help you out.

One piece of advice is that always keep pushing even though you’re going to feel exhausted or tired, keep going because it will help you get use to the working environment

Friendly staff and managment, ability to work with everyone consistenly, a very welcoming enviorment overall
What I wish was different
A few more people on shifts, we typically had to deal with understaffing and as a result, it made our jobs a lot harder trying to juggle our duties
Advice
Defintely give this company a shot especially the Plano location on K Avenue. It is a very welcoming place and the managment is very friendly and humorous at times. You will not have a bad day ever at this place.

What I liked
Love the environment at canes. The prospect of growth is awesome in certain expanding markets. Corporate does try to show appreciation which is very considerate.
What I wish was different
It really depends where you are located. Your store leader is in control of your growth. If they aren’t the best in developing people or taking into account others’ goals, you might be in the same position for longer than you expect. Also, depending on the leader, feedback can be sub par and biased.
Advice
Great place to go and have a great time. You will come across people that will be great future connections. You will also come across people drinking the “canes koolaid” who are cult like. Be yourself. Don’t let Canes change who and what you want to be
