I liked everything about the company for example the values, people, and all my managers and all the training I received was very in-depth.
What I wish was different
I thought it was a great program I wouldn’t change anything about it.
Advice
I learned a lot from my experience at Randstad I recommend people start applying for jobs to get the networking and job under their belt.

I wish the bosses new how to run the company better because they didn’t know what they were doing.
Advice
You have no work friends and you don’t have to do everything the boss tells you, because they don’t care what you do the pay gon stay the same all the time.

Advice
I would like to state that for anyone looking for lab experience then try to find another job. You will be required to do medial, laborious work at this "lab." It is not worth it and if you can find another job for the summer then I suggest that you do so.
