What I liked
I started with Rapid7 as a Sales Ops intern, and quickly realized this was a company I wanted to stay with. During my internship I was encouraged by the team around me to apply for a new rotational program that R7 was starting. I was able to apply, and eventually agreed to join the team full time on the Grow Rotation team. I have loved the opportunity to rotate through different teams and departments within the company; not only have I learned more than I could have imagined, but this also has helped me grow my network faster than I could've imagined.
