I liked the atmosphere of RAPP very much. Everyone was inclusive and invested in my success at the company. I also enjoyed the camaraderie of the group of summer interns. We spent a large amount of time collaborating on a specific project that I found myself very proud of by the time we left.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been slightly more structure to the internship. I found myself a bit confused as to what my actual responsibilities were, particularly at the beginning of the internship.
Advice
I would advise anyone with this internship or one similar to not be afraid to talk to people and ask if they have anything they need help with. It's a great way to build your network within a company and usually people are more than happy to pass off a bit of busywork to an intern.
