(RE&LS) is a consulting firm with a staff of 90 located in Rochester, Binghamton, Albany and Buffalo, NY, and Allentown, PA that specializes in providing state-of-the-art structural, environmental, and geotechnical engineering, as well as construction inspection and land surveying services.
