The full timers at RTS are always ready to answer any question you have, and most of them love to hear about your future plans and interests. The entire first two weeks of the internship are spent learning about the logistics industry and teaches you every tool you need to do your job well. Throughout your time at RTS, you are surrounded by people who you can turn to for backup when you don't have an answer. I also enjoyed my different rotations to various sales teams.
