The company is all about educating, engaging, and empowering. My ideas were always heard and, in some cases, even financed by the company. I was able to build a comprehensive portfolio and make significant contributions thanks to the genuine trust and recognition I received from the company.
What I wish was different
I wish the pay was better but it was reasonable given that I didn't have any experience at all on the engineering field.
Advice
I would recommend future intern to do more than just what is asked from you. The internship encourages you to give input to the company and may even finance a project you want to work on.
