Lab supervisor who was hired later had many years of experience and was always willing to help everyone in the lab with questions about industry and graduate school.
What I wish was different
Too many interns. Additionally, one of our supervisors was a business major and had no clue how to direct science interns and constantly looked down on us.
Advice
Never compromise your character in order to get a supervisor to like you.
