What I liked
I loved the subject of our research, long-term health outcomes for living kidney donors. It is also really rewarding to have so much patient contact through phone interviews, which also helped me grow as a communicator and listener. The job also affords me a lot of exposure to medical records and health care providers which I highly value as a student on a pre-medical track.
