What I wish was different
I sometimes did not feel the most supported in my role. Specifically, I had issues getting reimbursed and my final paycheck did not pay me in full. It took over a month for these issues to be resolved. I felt like I didn't have that strong of a connection with the intern coordinators, which perhaps was due to them needing a larger team to handle the program.
