Customer Service Intern

What I liked

I loved how flexible the hours were, and that I was interacting with real people and helping them rather than dealing with numbers all day.

What I wish was different

I wish I could dive more into the marketing aspect of the company. While I find customer service benefits from a management perspective, I personally do not want to do customer service for the rest of my life. This upcoming winter and summer, I hope to switch gears and do a little bit of marketing along with the customer service I have already been doing.

Advice

My piece of advice is to attend as many meetings as you possibly can. Attending meetings demonstrated to me the everyday life and problem-solving of the employees.
