What I wish was different
Elitist mindset although agency is in an impoverished area. Very poor dress code/internal heirarchy of who should follow dresscode.
Advice
Make sure to really research your rights as a worker because some bosses will try to dictate you regardless of your rights/policies that are in place. Also be careful how you call out coworkers or your boss because they may make remarks or statements to remind you that you're "lower in the food chain" although they'll claim you're on equal playing field.
