What I wish was different
Some of Revel's workflows had bottlenecks that slowed business down, but the project management tool I worked on was made to help with this issue and the company was taking great strides to standardize their process.
Advice
Trying to understand how other departments work and talking to people outside your department is a surefire way to grow empathy with your whole team that will help your work be the best it can be.
