The start-up culture was very engaging and I was working on research and implementations that directly affected the business. I was able to work directly on finding the proper target market!
What I wish was different
I was hoping there was a little more feedback (what I am doing well and what I can improve on). There was a lot of great work to do, but because everyone was still learning I think the feedback was hard to get.
Advice
Be open to learning how to conduct new research. There will be so much that you don't know and there will be a lot of innovation in the business processes along the way.
