What I liked
Being an intern for RiskSmith has been nothing but a positive experience! The team for this company, especially Rich Heruska, is extremely communicative and make themselves really accessible for any questions or comments. I have been treated as if I am truly part of the team and making an impact. I am always alerted of new information or changes as the company progresses. Additionally, the projects I have been assigned align with my interests and are made open ended allowing me to be creative! This internship has been exciting, especially with everything I have been learning. I entered this internship wanting to gain as much knowledge on entrepreneurship as I could, and I have gained much more than expected. I have become completely immersed into the growth of this company which has been such an enriching and unique experience. Again, this team is great; they are truly a pleasure to work with. I have loved this internship experience!
