The freedom to pursue research in areas I am interested in. Working with established biologists working in a career similar to what I am hoping to join once I graduate.

I wish I could have continued into the semester!

Be willing to put yourself in situations that make you uncomfortable at first, to better prepare you for real world job requirements.
