What I liked

I enjoyed that it gave me the opportunity to see how accounting and financial processes are applied to real businesses. I was also able to make many connections at RKL with great individuals who have helped advance my career.

What I wish was different

Advice

RKL is a great place to work. This is a great opportunity for students who are looking to get into the public accounting world and gain some real world experience. RKL has great people and a great work environment which is vital when looking for an internship. I would highly recommend considering an internship opportunity with RKL.

The job was very rigorous, needing to learn so much. But that is unavoidable from my circumstances.

Advice

Learning Sage EM is an uphill battle, coming from modern schooling. Coworkers are your best resource.
