I loved being exposed to so many different things during my time at RMSC and autonomy of my internship. There was always something to do, and being a part of an organization that is founded on the premise of rewarding oneself with knowledge really made it easier to grow, learn, and ask questions.
What I wish was different
I wish that it was a paid position or a stipend position for the work and hours that were required.
Advice
Don't be afraid to make mistakes and ask questions. This is a learning experience, and will most likely be your first internship. You're there to grow, it's okay if you can't figure things out right away.
