Worked directly with the Managing Director, who was always responsive and worked hard to ensure a meaningful learning experience for me and other interns. Industry Research and Live Deal work was engaging, and I was able to learn about Private Equity as an industry and incorporate constructive feedback on the job.
What I wish was different
Internship was virtual due to COVID, but Managing Director did his best and made it a positive experience for everyone.
Advice
This internship is a great way to get a first step towards a career in Private Equity/Investment Banking, especially as Managing Director is always involved and gives good constructive feedback.
