The atmosphere in the field and office was friendly and constructive. The work i was able to see and do was also very interesting as well. My superiors all took interest in my learning and growth and encouraged me to ask questions in the course of my work.
What I wish was different
I could have been made busier during some of the weeks in office.
Advice
You get out of these experiences what you put into them and Roeslein really helped me realize this. Being an ESOP helps Roeslein foster a company culture that I found very enjoyable and desire to be a part of.
