The company culture was good and the internship program was very rewarding. All of the interns for the summer were able to get together and meet various times to learn about different roles within the company. Our projects were valued by the Rogers' employees and would be put to use.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could have toured the other facilities to learn about the other Rogers' products.

It is important to know Excel.

What I liked
I liked the type of work they had me doing, and the employees in general. I enjoyed getting a taste of what engineering in manufacturing looks like.

Did not like the cubicle environment of the offices.
