What I liked

I loved the kids and their families. Loved my coworkers. I loved the activities and daily planning I got to take care of and be in charge of.

What I wish was different

I wish that the management and owners would be more open to change and willing to help their staff out more when needed or asked.

Advice

Being a preschool teacher is not for everyone, you need a lot of patience and a good attitude every morning.
