I loved the people in the office, and the steep learning curve on the job. I liked that it was not as stressful internship as for many others working in RE PE in NYC. I learned a lot and had many opportunities to work on many different aspects of the real estate (acquisitions and asset management).
What I wish was different
Loved the internship. Wouldn't really change anything.
Advice
Great firm. Friendly people. Interesting investing strategy. You will have a great time learning about real estate in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
