The flexibility of the position and openness for new ideas and campaigns to be presented.
What I wish was different
I wish we were able to meet more regularly but considering the shift in people's schedules every week it was not possible, but it's understandable.
Advice
Make a schedule for yourself and keep a list of ideas you would like to implement- brainstorming and observing what actually works regarding engagement is super beneficial!

What I liked
I enjoyed getting hands on experience working in a research lab with lab rats. Working in different fields opened my eyes to see what I like doing and not doing.
What I wish was different
Lab work is slow and sometimes can be a bit boring. I wished that I was able to do more and handle the rats more to gain more experience.
Advice
Always try working in different fields and in different settings. You will never know what you like/don't like. I found out I don't particularly like working in a lab, but really enjoy working at a zoo!

Everything, I love the amount of experience I got on taxonomy and classification of insects. I enjoyed the time in the farms and at the lab.

I wish I had more time and I wish I could have more time at the farms

Be ready to learn, open your mind, forget everything that you learn in the classroom and get ready to fill your brain with knowledge of real life
