I liked the flexibility and my coworkers. The work environment was fast-paced but enjoyable. It was fun to be able to make connections with the members and other staff.
What I wish was different
I wish that we had been staffed better at some times. The times when people were scheduled were more than enough when we did not need many workers and understaffed when it was busy.
Advice
Be on time and have a good work ethic. If you display taking initiative, you will succeed, your coworkers will like you, and the members will like you.
