What I liked

Just working in the lab was fun. you are always working or reading about something new

What I wish was different

That we were able to process the results our self's instead of having to send them off to a different lab.

Advice

Always make sure that you write down how you do things exactly. so you will be able to reproduce your wanted results.

Forest Technician

What I liked

I was sent to work with the forest health protection team in the Albuquerque NM regional forest service office, which I thought was pretty amazing. I was able to work in all of the national forests in New Mexico, and see most of the state. I lived getting some hands on experience in my chosen field.

What I wish was different

Absolutely nothing, except I wish that I could continue working for them.

Advice

It was always important to be to work early in case traffic was bad or if I needed to drive somewhere far away. It was also important to complete any tasks or projects I was given in a professional and timely manner.
