I loved everyone who worked there. It was like a second family. There are some very talented people who work at Saltbox Kitchen. The food is amazing as well as the beer and wine selections. We catered beautiful weddings and it was all a wonderful experience.
What I wish was different
I would not change much. Maybe longer hours of dinner service is what I would change.

Hard work pays off especially in the restaurant industry.
