The pay was advertised differently than what those in my position ended up receiving.
Advice
You can earn a daily bonus whenever you are past the expected productivity/ efficiency level

-Kind people, solid pillars of company culture
-Full time, 8 AM-4PM position
-Paid weekly
What I wish was different
-More learning and less doing (activities, projects, assignments)
Advice
Be forward and request time with your mentors- such as grabbing coffee and sitting down talking about their career path history. Ask questions!
