The program is well ran and the coaches provide a great learning and growing atmosphere for the student athletes. I appreciated the well communication between athletic director and coaches.
What I wish was different
The practices were always at 6am except when school started in August. Then, practices were after school around 3:30pm. I wish there was not as many 6am practices.
Advice
Communication is extremely important. I had to communicate with different coaches and athletic directors to set up the games for season. So, always communicate and don't be one step ahead of the other coaches.
