“Extremely competent company that combined learning with on site experience. A great first internship and step into the construction field”

“I enjoyed being fully immersed within the construction of the LaGuardia Airfield Reconfiguration Project (LARP). I was able to fully interact and connect with superintendents, project managers, engineers, environmental teams, and subcontractors directly, making decisions that both impacted the project and construction management team themselves. I was granted the full-experience as a functioning member of the team, being relied on for certain deliverables, punch-list items, LEED certification, and working and directing subcontractors to conduct work needing to finish.
I was able to experience and learn the physical lessons of what was taught in classrooms, and even more so outside of it. Additionally, the inclusion of "Lunch and Learn" lessons, from which the General Superintendent Campus Wide, Robert Kipp (a Norwich graduate), allowed everyone to learn what everyone else is doing, as well as something new to carry on with them through their careers.”
