The university dont have proper rules defined for summer interns . because of the interationa lrules I was not able to do the internship. Very poor they lack knowledge in there area and should definaly improve in defining detailed rules on the website. For me came to know about new rules when I knocked on there office door. With this approach no international student is able to do jobs. They find it on there own .The university doesn't even help. And then you get this from them .Ridiculous.

Advice
Even if you feel you don't qualify for a job due to the initial post but you are interested try to apply. Much can be learned from on the job experience. Also, negotiate an extra week of vacation right off the bat!
