I liked how I got to see and be a part of the fabrication of huge reduction thermal oxidizers which clean the air in factories and how the company put out the blueprints for everyone.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to do more crucial roles to get a more hands on feel for the whole thing.
Advice
Even if you are put in a corner cutting parts for the other employees doesn’t mean you can’t learn what the other guys do.
