My team in the west hub is amazing My boss is the best one I ever had. There are a lot of learning opportunities and I continuously develop new skills.
What I wish was different
There are a bit of miss communication between departments which can make a bit of a workload. However, I recognize that happens everywhere
Advice
Don't be afraid of taking new challenges or toake mistakes, even senior personnel makes mistakes and, from my experience, you can get respected and considered faster if you take initiative

What I liked
I enjoyed being given many important responsibilities that lead to the overall success of the organization. I was able to develop a spreadsheet that the sales department was able to use to keep track of their clients and vendors in over 30 different countries and regions.
What I wish was different
I wish I was given more experience with Human Resources since that area is very interesting to me.
Advice
Having an internship not only allows you to build your resume, but it allows you to expand on your skill set and show you what it’s like to work in real professional work environment.
