What I liked
This job gave me both a lot of responsibility and a lot of freedom. The Morning Star Packing Company is a self management environment that pushes you to grow. A lot of the work I learned on the run, but I gained a strong grasp and understanding of every project I was involved in.
What I wish was different
I could not have wished for a better opportunity. The only thing I would have changed would be a chance to work there for a longer period of time.
Advice
You need to be very organized going into this internship, and open to meeting everyone. It is a very polite and welcoming environment.
