Very fun job with super flexible scheduling and very good pay. Not much experience required, but be prepared to work with a lot of kids. They treat the cast very well and there are lots of fun raffles/giveaways and sometimes scholarships at the end of the season. Definitely recommend!
What I wish was different
Be prepared to be busy. There isn't a lot of downtime and they expect you to be "on" whenever you're working for the best guest experience, but it's a ton of fun and shifts go by fast really fast.
Advice
Make sure you enjoy being around lots of people, especially children. In almost any position, you'll probably be interacting with guests and kids and need to be able to put on a show for them as a cast member. Even taking out the trash is part of the experience, so be prepared to smile and interact with the guests.
