Being able to witness the way my favorite theatre in the world was run. Meeting people who worked in all different departments of the theatre from actors, to box office managers to the people who rigged all the lights.

What I liked
My supervisors were fantastic. Even though all in-person activities were suspended they made sure we had a meaningful virtual experience. We met once a week to discuss changes in the industry and network with other members of the company. They also set up one on one informational interviews for us.
What I wish was different
I wish we could have been in-person, though that was not possible.
Advice
Be yourself and follow up even after the internship has ended!
