Everyone at The Reserve Trust Company was highly experienced and always willing to take a minute to help me learn. Most of my projects were longitudinal, but I was given the freedom to figure out the best way to accomplish them rather than having the process prescribed. The start-up environment here is definitely conducive to a self-starter.
