I liked the environment of my assignment at MTD Products and I liked being able to help people solve their problems. My agent with The Reserves Network was really helpful as well.
What I wish was different
There wasn't anything I would change.
Advice
I would recommend that people practice ways to help others without accidentally being condescending- treat customer service like a presentation where you want to persuade your clients to join you.
