What I liked
This internship has had a lasting effect on me and has vastly changed my perspective on the relationship between corporations and sustainability. My experience with the RMR Group has given me hope and excitement that sustainable development is possible and attractive for corporations across the globe. Further, by integrating environmental and economic benefits into the sustainability manual, I have learned how to appeal to both businessmen and environmentalists alike. In fact, the most important concept that my supervisor has pressed upon me is that in order for a policy to be effective, it has to be made desirable to as many groups of people as possible.
