I love the company and the job I do. I am not confined to just my role but I am encouraged to participate in all activities even if it's not related to finance. This motivates me to come out of my comfort zone and approach my responsibilities with a holistic view. The company culture is amazing. Everyone is more like family here than co-workers which makes work even more fun. I don't hate my Mondays anymore.
What I wish was different
It would've been better if the processes were a little more automated. Having said that, since Safe + Fair is a startup, it is on the path of making a lot of changes in the workplace which includes automating some processes.
Advice
If you want to grow in your career, be ready to do things outside your job description.
