I loved how hands on I was at Theory, working on photo shoot sets, fashion show presentations and model castings. I really gained insight into what goes on behind the scenes to ad campaigns and fashions shows.
What I wish was different
I wish I was involved in more meetings in order to learn further about the behind the scenes production of things within the fashion industry.
Advice
I would say to reach out to anyone if you're interested in talking with them and really make yourself known throughout the office because it's a great environment/community!

What I liked
Great people to work with and a fast-paced environment. You'll never get bored being in the fashion industry, and Theory's always working to change things up for the better while still managing to stick to their roots.
What I wish was different
I was quite happy with the projects that my supervisor tasked me with; however, I was aware of other interns who were unsatisfied with the amount of free time that they had due to a lack of work.
Advice
If you have an idea that you think can bring real, tangible value to the company, make it heard. There are so many good ideas and opportunities for improvement that simply don't get acted upon.
