What I liked

Great pay and benefits (although I wasn't there long enough to take advantage of them)! It is clear that the management care about employee retention.

What I wish was different

There is a lot of turnover in the spa, and as a result, it is hard to recieve comprehensive training on the software and protocols.

Be up front about your availability early on.
