What I liked
Transparency is prioritized at TJ Maxx. Super easy to get in touch with Managers, higher-level employees when help is needed.
What I wish was different
The first day on the job was a little chaotic, not much preparation in terms of training a new employee
Advice
Scheduling is very flexible. If you need time off, or if you need attention, don't hesitate to talk with managers. They're very friendly, helpful, and approachable, and they'll know you by name from day 1.
