I have had such an incredible experience working at Tone. I am inspired by the people I work with and am grateful for the trust and opportunity they provided me. Even in the online environment, I was constantly learning new things, being challenged, and supported which is why I wanted to continue working with them throughout the year.

It is a great company with a powerful message. Everyone on the team has been extremely helpful and dedicated to let me have the best learning experience. I had an opportunity to do a variety of different tasks which maintained my curiosity throughout the internship.

Digital Marketing Intern

What I liked

I really enjoyed my time interacting with the Marketing Team. The projects I was given were all put to use and I got to watch them play out in real time. This internship exposed me to different sides of marketing from email campaigns to social media engagement. I could tell that the company wanted me to succeed and tried to bring me in on projects that were in my area of interest.

What I liked

My experience as an Intern for Tone Networks was excellent! I got plenty of hands-on experience that not every intern can say they had. The team was super welcoming as well as knowledgeable and insightful. At the end of the internship, I was offered a full-time position with Tone and accepted.

What I wish was different

Advice

My advice to future interns is to be flexible and absorb as much as you can. Working at a start-up means it's all hands on deck so be ready to help with tasks in all areas! Be open to learning and ask questions!
