They provide housing which is VERY cheap for living in Jackson. Maintenance was at multiple locations so job was not isolated to one hotel which made it fun. You learn how to use multiple tools and you learn how to do tons of things.

Advice
Apply for the maintenance job at Antler Inn and you'll work with the coolest guys in Jackson, John and John. Yes, they have the same name.
