The tremendous and initially intimidating amount of experience I gained from working in a manufacturing environment. Toyo did an incredible job of immersing me and educating me to the point that I could assume the role professionally at any time.
What I wish was different
I would have enjoyed working with fellow interns my own age. Both fortunately and unfortunately, I am the first ever and sole ESH intern at Toyo.
Advice
Knowing how to use technology to do the work for you will save you a tremendous amount of time and likely improve the quality of your work in any job.
