Everyone was very open to me learning and never made me feel less because I didn’t know much. They were excited that I asked questions and treated me as an equal.

Knowing more about what I would be doing before starting.
Advice
Be willing to put yourself out there by introducing yourself or asking for understanding. Also, challenge yourself and take on projects by either asking for work or seeking it out. They will help you whenever you need it.

Advice
Trying something that may seem silly or dumb can lead to something that becomes the solution to long-standing problems. Applying a fresh look at things should lead to a radically different conclusion as well.
