I love how active and present the managers are. If you have a question, they are always just a text or phone call away. Everyone is super friendly and approachable, I have never worked with such nice people.
What I wish was different
I would have loved a more comprehensive orientation / on-boarding process. I feel like visual aids (e.g., powerpoint slides) would have been more effective learning tools for the topics being covered: HR stuff, patient training, de-escalation, etc.
Advice
The patients respond most to compassion, patience, and an even temper. Never make the mistake of taking things personally. Simply explain what the patient needs to know, they will understand in different ways.
